    John Dingle has publicly stated in a radio interview that they are laying the infrastructure to *control the people*. His exact words. He later tried to backpeddle, claiming he misspoke because he was tired. He probably was tired. Despotic takeover is hard work. But that is why he, for once, is telling the truth.
