They don’t get their money from the FED, they get their money by creating it the moment you take that loan.

You are an idiot. Maybe you have all the money in the world, but some people have fell on hard times and need a little help and these banks are taking advantage of that. Its not like she just decided to not pay them…there was a reason. Come on…what is wrong with our country is the middle class people keep getting screwed and this new wonderful president we have is just proving that more and more everyday. And yes I can personally back that up.

A loser who cant(wont) pay her bills thinks she gets to decide what rate she pays. LOL. The entitlement society. I deserve everything and why should I have to pay for it or follow the contract I previously agreed to. Enjoy your 15 minutes of fame. But at the end of the day, you still are exactly what is wrong with this country. BofA should have made an example out of you to discourage other losers from following your lead. Who is extorting now? Yes, pretend God is on your side. Disgraceful.

You had me until the end where you promoted a way to avoid paying taxes and not go to jail. Anyone who refuses to pay taxes hates their country–how can you claim to be a good American when you refuse to help fund it? That’s like claiming to be a good business owner but refusing to pay employees’ salaries.

Oh keep quite. BOA used to be a very good bank. They used to go out of their way to help. They would never sneak attack you with obscene price hikes. If you want to put your money were your mouth is then go bank at BOA. If not then shut your hole. She is not the only 1 complaining of BOA, Google BOA and you will see just how badly they have treat people. They have already been sued a few time, and I figure they will be sued again.

We just got a notice from Chase…Your interest rate will climb from 8% to 30% and if you’d like to opt out, you must pay the amount in full. Wow, Soon as my Bonus check comes in, i’m paying them off and closing the acct.

You were on TV in the Netherlands! :)

  12. ctsfiddler - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

I first heard of this on National TV. I support you 100 percent. They did the same to my sister. The Government should have made it clear when the y lend the banks our money, not to shit on us.

Like you I have been bent over by Bank of America. I owed them a bit of cash but was willing to pay 14.99% on their Clean Sweep loan which was agreed upon to be FIXED for I believe ten years. I too have excellent credit and never have been late on a payment. Lo and behold I recieve a notice in the mail that they are changing my agreement to a VARIABLE rate. I was paying $600.00 in interest alone. Bank of America will never see another penny from me. Here’s to a nail in BoA’s coffin.

  14. DrBPhD - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

    Run that bank!

  15. xiola6969 - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

HAHA, F BOA, they are pack of liars and scam artists, I paid off everything to them and canceled all my accounts, They did something similar to me, raised one of my cards to 30% saying I had bad credit? I told their bank what? I own a car and house that are in good standing and have always paid my bills they lie and will tell you have bad credit as justification to their rates that rip people off, I went back to the federal credit union FU BOA

    revoltagainstann

The things you say will happen to a revolter can indeed happen. But they needn’t happen, even in the absence of repayment. If you know how to fight for your rights, you’ll be able to avoid most of the nasty consequences.

That doesn’t mean that you can get off Scot-free, but it does mean that people who have been pushed under by what the banks have done do have hope (which is why the word “hope” is in the title of my book).

Check my channel, and buy my book if you need it.

  18. Chris12163 - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

Wow you are such a good person by making a Revolt. Its nice that a rocker chick is doing this, it just comes to show if your dedicated to something, you will do anything to reach that goal. I hope the revolt takes place and maybe make congress or the government take notice.

  19. pig5689 - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

Everyone talks in generic terms like a “bank” is some singular entity. What’s behind the existing economic mess & its continuing destruction is the greed of bank EXECUTIVES. Their minds were so poisoned by wretched greed they destroyed the life savings of millions of hard-working families. And then laughed about their crimes, creating new & more efficient ways to thieve from those outside of their circle of lust. A debtor’s revolt? Maybe it’s time for a reckoning. Bring these thieves down low.

  20. kensingtonwick - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

wow you really are brainwashed, keep watching CNN buddy lol.

  21. revoltagainstann - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

I love how her sense of strength comes from saying I have no job or assets. It’s like saying I have already failed this class I don’t care if you flunk me teacher, shove it. Anyone else in debt who might be tempted to follow her and not pay your debt might want to reconsider. This will remain on your credit report for 7 years and in her case could be permanent. One day you’ll find out the bank account that you have with your credit union was garnished just after you got paid.

  24. 203207ab - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

    You’re pathetic.

  25. n3tel - November 23rd, 2009 at 4:38 am

I agree with the revolt, but the proper method is to STOP using credit cards. Pay off what you owe, and NEVER use the cards from the high interest banks. If you borrow money, it’s only right to pay it back, but in the future, ONLY deal with banks that DON’T take advantage of us. Credit cards WILL get most people into debt. It’s too easy to use them. DO NOT fall into the CC trap!
