Is there an organization that can help people with canadian banking laws?

I’m traffic with a bank where a bank physical education instructor refuses to give my RRSP(Im in canada) as well as He refuses to tighten my comment which has been but operate given 2005! What in a universe can we do? we know for certain he contingency be violation Canadian Banking laws. What can i do to strengthen myself?

    If the RRSP is locked in, you can’t get it out until the maturity date…no real way around that…

    If you want information on Bank law, I’d Google "Canada Bank Legislation" and if it’s a Credit Union, "Your Province Credit Union Legislation"

    You should file a complaint to the Bank’s head office. Canadian banks are very reliable. I am very sure someone will help you to take care of the problem.

    The Banks would never rip you off. So, there is no need to take your case to the regulatory. The only person or persons who would rip you off is the employee. If that is what you think was the case, then, the best thing to do is to file a complaint to the upper management.
