@guerillaresponse – Makes sense to me. I’ve been jerked around plenty by not knowing. Any info. on what’s the best way to retain or get back sovereignty /cut ties to the birth certificate? Working is slavery. Once the people gave govt. control out of fear and ignorance, you had no soil of your own to till. Now you work just to survive instead of tilling to provide.
The constitution is the only thing that legitimizes government. A government that violates the constitution becomes an illegitimate government. And thus there is NO MORAL REASON to obey its law. And a MORAL REASON to combat it.
The only reason you obey a law that you don’t think just is fear of retaliation. In other words, cowardice.
One interesting thing is that the main reason of the American revolution was that England wanted the money to be based on credit, while the Americans wanted their own money. They knew that money based on credit leads to artificial inflation.
Another thing is that you cannot buy land. You buy real state. Basically you are renting the space on top of the land. Thus that is why the government can legally tax you. Yet, property of land was another of the reasons for the American revolution.
The goverment went bankrupt, and the Federal Reserve was created. The “Federal” reserve is a PRIVATE and ILLEGAL organization. ILLEGAL because the constitution states that ONLY congress can create money, and BASED ON GOLD AND SILVER.
The IRS is another PRIVATE corporation radicatedin Delaware. Is the lapdog of the “Federal Reserve”., there is nothing FEDERAL on this organizations. They are not goverment organization, but a Bank cartel.
At the beginning, banks on the USA where to hold the gold and silver of the people. They in turn give people a cerfiticate for the gold they had on the bank. People find useful to trade a lightwave certificate instead of moving gold. And thus paper money began to be used.
Unfortunately banks notice that most people left the gold in the banks and not move it. So they started creating certificates for more than the gold they had. This caused later the great depression.
money is just but a fantasy. Resources are the only thing real. Whoever control the resources control the world.
At the beginning the USA money was pegged to gold and . Thus money was representing something real. If you look at the constitution, ONLY gold and silver is LEGAL money.

What exactly are you trying to promote? As long as the majority of people accept the status quo things will remain the same. In my opinion telling people that they can challenge the system only results in vulnerable people being thrown to the wolves. if you want to change things it has to be done in a different way, where the person at the bottom does not suffer any more than s/he is already suffering. Wake up people! It can be done but not this way.

I’m not saying that Croft is good as gold, but you’re ignorance of powerful case law is perpetuating a system of compelled performance. Your way probably works but it is using the benefits of the government instead of standing on your own sovereign rights. The former can be modified or taken away but the latter is everlasting as long as you are committed to it. Seriously, look into the common law default process (Clyde Hyde, Fernando Powers,, et cetera). It is way stronger than asking permission
Only way around, eh? How come I’ve defaulted prosecutors based on Affidavits of Truth ONLY focused on Yick Wo v. Hopkins? Officers of the court run crying at the very mention of it, let alone holding them to US supreme court case law. So again, statutes may be unavoidable for yourself but not for those that have been, to quote the late John Quade, “in the pits” for a long time. I myself am new at this but have been mentored by old common law court dogs that have been fighting since the 70′s

the criminal code of Canada article 39 (1) “CLAIM OF RIGHT”… The Canadian constitution Act “Private Necessity” it is not the spoon that bends but one most understand that it is merely the mind that bends. In the USA one can most likely find similar laws because The US is a common law jurisdiction as well..

one needs to now that there are ways around Statutes, Acts and Codes these written laws are part of the common law structure Contract law can over-ride many written laws. Common Law is the law of precedent. many acts have been codified because of precedent’s as for the lady above i have read her book and found it to be complete hog wash.. you can do the things she says and you will become an out law.. I say bend the laws, twist them in on them selves.
