Just adding one last thing, have you seen the G20 personal video’s. This goes against the Posse Comitatus Act that was added on top of the Insurrection Act of 1807 stating that the military cannot be used as a state or national police force unless enacted by Congress or the President. This was not a National Security Emergency and it raises alarms when the military begins using Psy Ops against the AMERICAN people; the same force we used over here and in Somalia. What happened to the 1st Amend?
My friend, you’re not wrong about that part about AR 210-35, but you should have continued reading. Page 3 states your part, but read carefully; “this program is CURRENTLY limited to use of FOBP.” Go to page 16 and read the 11 subcontents of who, when and if enacted WILL NOT be allowed to serve in these programs. When and if enacted Federal Prisoners WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to be in this program. Furthermore on the bottom of page 17 and beginning of page 18 states we are not LIABLE for any deaths.
The Civilian Inmate Labor Program is a program of the United States Army provided by Army Regulation 210-35, and would only use CRIMINALS ALREADY IN PRISON!!! It doesn’t allow for blind round-ups of everyday people. Frankly, I think that prisoners should be giving something back to the society from which they have taken so much – ALL criminals – including the Bush crime family who has given the USA our only War Criminal President, Daddy Bush (found guilty in 1992)!!!
Operation Garden Plot has been enacted twice, during the 1992 LA riots and immediately following the attacks of 9/11/01. Gosh, that seems rather reasonable to me. It certainly has the potential to be a frightening read, but it is obviously not being used vicariously for every protest or act of civil disobedience.

Here’s some facts, instead of just not giving you any. I’m in the Active Army on my third deployment as I’m typing as an Infantryman. The only thing I want to do is get home to protect my family from this; if possible. Look up AR (Army Regulation) 210-35. Alls you have to do is google it. Once you do that, which will put fear into as it did me; then look up Operation Garden Plot. Good luck and start spreading the word for us all.
